Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get you the bouquet?
Your wedding bouquet must make it to our location in Kitchener a max of 3 days after your wedding. The bouquet must still be in good condition when we receive it.
What frame sizes do you offer?
The frame sizes we offer are as follows: 8x10" 11x14", 15x15", 16x20", 20x20". They come in white, black, charcoal grey and chocolate brown.
Do you offer glass-on-glass or floating frames?
With the longevity and preservation of the art piece in mind, we do not offer glass-on-glass frames for wedding pieces. Instead we provide airtight frames with acid-free/100% cotton background paper and UV Protection Glass.
Do I have to pay extra for UV Protection Glass?
No. At GWW, UV Protection Glass is our standard; not an upgrade.
How long does it take to receive my pressed bouquet?
From start to finish, most pieces will take 4 months to complete and we always keep you updated during each stage of the process.
What size frame should I pick for my bouquet?
That completely depends on the size and shape of your bouquet as well as your budget! If you are unsure, we can chat about what size we think would work best once we have your bouquet.
